"The best way to succeed is to discover what you love and

find a way to offer it to others"

- Oprah Winfrey

Hi, I am Hyun-Jung Kim

[How would you call my name?

My suggestion is to use the word "young":

Hyun could be "Hee + young", and Jung could be "Gee + young". You may pronounce it quickly.]

Currently, I am a math teacher at West Valley Middle School.

Previously, I was a lecturer in the mathematics department at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), and a postdoctoral researcher in the department of applied mathematics at Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) mentored by Igor Cialenco

My Ph.D is from the mathematics department at University of Southern California (USC) under the supervision of Sergey V. Lototsky.

My CV is available. Click here! (Updated in August 2023).
