Multi_Software ("we," "our," or "us") operates the HyperOS Update Guide mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Service.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information directly through the App.
The App does not require registration, login, or account creation of any kind.
However, the following data may be automatically collected when you use the App:
a) Advertising Data
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process the following information:
- Advertising ID (a unique, user-resettable identifier)
- Device type, operating system version, and language settings
- Approximate location (country/region level only, not precise location)
- App usage and interaction data for ad delivery purposes
b) Consent Data
The App uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage your advertising consent preferences. Your consent choices are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
c) Log Data
In the event of an error, the App may automatically collect Log Data through third-party services. This Log Data may include:
- Your device Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Device name and operating system version
- App configuration at the time of the error
- Time and date of usage
- Other diagnostic statistics
This Log Data is used solely for debugging and improving the App's performance and is not used to identify individual users.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
We want to be transparent about what we do not collect:
- Your name or any personally identifiable information
- Your email address or contact details
- Your precise GPS location
- Your contacts, photos, or media files
- Your financial or payment information
- Your browsing history or web data
- Any data from your device sensors (the App displays sensor information locally but does not collect or transmit it)
The App functions entirely on your device. Sensor data, CPU information, battery status, and storage details are read and displayed locally only. No sensor data is sent to our servers or any third party.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:
a) Google AdMob
Provided by Google Inc.
AdMob is used to serve advertisements within the App. Google AdMob may collect information such as your Advertising ID, device information, and interaction data for ad personalization.

4. How We Use Information
We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:
- To display relevant advertisements through Google AdMob
- To comply with applicable advertising consent regulations
- To monitor and improve the App's performance and stability
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties. We do not use your data for profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose other than those described in this Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention
- Consent data is stored locally on your device and can be withdrawn at any time through the App's settings or your device settings.
- Advertising data is retained by Google AdMob in accordance with Google's data retention policies. You can manage or delete your Advertising ID through your device settings.
- Log Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and is automatically purged after a reasonable period.
6. Data Security
We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of any information.
The App does not transmit any personal data to our own servers. All data processing occurs either on your device or through Google's third-party services, which adhere to industry-standard security practices.
7. Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), or any region subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
a) Right to Access
You have the right to request information about the personal data we process about you. Since we do not collect personal data directly, any data held about you is managed by our third-party service providers (Google AdMob, Google Play Services).
b) Right to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your advertising consent at any time by:
- Using the consent management prompt within the App
- Resetting your Advertising ID through your device settings
- Opting out of personalized ads through your device settings
c) Right to Erasure
You have the right to request erasure of your personal data. Since we do not store personal data on our servers, you can exercise this right by resetting your Advertising ID and reinstalling the App.
d) Right to Restrict Processing
You may restrict the processing of your data by opting out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
e) Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Since we do not directly collect personal data, please contact Google for data portability related to AdMob.
f) Right to Object
You have the right to object to the processing of your data for advertising purposes. You can opt out of personalized ads at any time through your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction).
The App is not directed to children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The App itself does not use cookies. However, third-party services integrated into the App, such as Google AdMob, may use cookies, device identifiers, and other tracking technologies to serve and measure advertisements.
You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time through Settings > Google > Ads.
10. Links to Other Sites
The App may contain links to external websites or services, such as privacy policies, help pages, or developer pages. These external sites are not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
