However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Google Play specifically requires personal and sensitive user data to be handled securely, including transmission using modern cryptography such as HTTPS.
Hypernova retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant service, maintain the user's account and requested functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain legitimate security and operational records.
Different categories of information may therefore have different retention periods.
When information is no longer required for these purposes, Hypernova will delete it, anonymize it, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable requirements.
Information stored locally on a user's device may remain on the device until the user deletes the information, clears application data, uninstalls the application, or otherwise removes it using available device controls.
If Hypernova provides account creation, users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information through the account-management or deletion mechanism provided by Hypernova.
Where applicable, account deletion will result in deletion of associated personal data, subject to information that Hypernova is legally required or permitted to retain.
Some information may need to be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Google Play requires apps that allow account creation to provide a mechanism for requesting account deletion and to delete associated account data when the request is completed.
Important: If your app currently has account creation, you should actually implement the deletion mechanism before publishing this statement.
Hypernova may provide educational or parental-control features that can be used by families and minors.
We do not intentionally collect more personal information from children than is reasonably necessary to provide the applicable service.
Where features are intended for or used by children, Hypernova will handle children's information in accordance with applicable child-privacy requirements and Google Play's Families policies, where applicable.
Parents or legal guardians should supervise children's use of the application and should avoid providing unnecessary personal information.

Depending on the feature, users may be able to:
Grant or deny permissions
Disable notifications
Change application settings
Disable certain parental-control features
Manage account information
Request account or data deletion
Uninstall the application
Some functionality may not work when the permissions necessary for that functionality are denied.
For sensitive information that is not reasonably expected as part of a feature, Google Play may require a prominent in-app disclosure and affirmative consent before access is obtained.
Some application information may be stored locally on the user's Android device rather than transmitted to Hypernova servers.
Local information may include application settings, preferences, educational progress, cached information, or other data required for application functionality.
Local data remains subject to the security of the user's device.
Some service providers used by Hypernova may process information on servers located outside the user's country.
Where personal information is transferred internationally, Hypernova will use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
Hypernova may provide links or integrations to third-party services.
Hypernova does not control the privacy practices of independent third-party services. Users should review the privacy policies of those services before providing personal information to them.
Hypernova may update this Privacy Policy when application functionality, data practices, legal requirements, or third-party services change.
The updated version will be made available through the same privacy-policy location.
The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this policy will indicate when the policy was most recently updated.
