Talk Formats

Various talk formats are possible: Remote (slides or blackboard); in presence (slides or blackboard).

For remote viewers: All talks, remote or not, will be viewable live via the link you received, and you can participate in any discussion. For questions, you can either unmute your microphone and the whole auditorium will hear you. Alternatively, we will have someone monitoring the chat.

For viewers in presence: Remote talks will be projected onto a large screen in the auditorium.

Discussion Period

The discussion period on Wednesday morning is a chance for the people present to chat or work on things if they wish. The auditorium will be open from 9am, and coffee will be served in the seating area upstairs mid-morning.
