8/24/2026. PhD position in Isabel Boavida's group at Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon. The PhD is part of the European TIES project and will focus on the ecological impacts of flexible hydropower operation, particularly hydropeaking effects on fish and freshwater habitats, combining field and laboratory work, ecohydraulic/habitat modelling, and data analysis.
The position is based at CERIS, Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon, and is expected to start in October/November 2026.
