This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile games and web games published by Hyoni ("we", "us"). It explains what information our games collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
This policy applies to all of the following games (each, a "Game"). This list is updated whenever we publish a new Game.
Fruit TokTok (과일톡톡) — package name hyoni.game.fruittoktok
Each Game collects only what it needs to provide its features. What a Game collects depends on the features it offers.
Data collected: nickname (optional), game score and grade, completion time, games played, installation identifier (UUID)
Purpose: leaderboard display, personal game records
Nickname — an optional display name you may enter to appear on a leaderboard. It is stored on your device and sent to our server together with your game records. If you choose not to enter a nickname, your records are stored under the label "Anonymous" (익명).
Game records — your score, grade, completion time, whether you cleared the game, the number of games played, and the date of the record.
Installation identifier — a randomly generated identifier (a UUID) created by the Game the first time you play. It is stored on your device and used only to keep the leaderboard entries of your own installation together. It is not your device ID, advertising ID, phone number, or any other hardware or system identifier, and it is not used to track you across other apps or websites.
Our Games keep small amounts of data in your device's local storage. It is not transmitted except as described in this policy:
your nickname and installation identifier,
your local high score and local ranking list,
your sound and music preferences,
scores recorded while you were offline, which are sent to our server once you are online again.
Our Games currently contain no advertising and no analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, files, or health data, and we do not collect your device's advertising ID.
If a future Game introduces advertising, in-app purchases, accounts, or analytics, we will update this policy and the app's store listing before that version is released.
We use the information solely to:
display leaderboards and your own ranking position,
keep and show your personal best score and game history,
operate, maintain, and troubleshoot our Games.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
Game records and nicknames are transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption) to our own server and stored in our own database. We do not use a third-party content delivery network or cloud analytics service for this data.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties. Data is stored only on our own server. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.
Leaderboard records (nickname, score, grade, time, and play count) are retained on our server while the relevant Game is in operation. Data stored on your device remains there until you clear your browser or app data, or uninstall the Game.
Changing your nickname: you can change it at any time in the Game; the new nickname is applied to your leaderboard entry.
Deleting your data: send a deletion request to official.by.acer@gmail.com and we will remove your leaderboard entry and stored nickname from our server. Please include the Game name and the nickname shown on your entry.
Local data: uninstalling a Game or clearing its data removes everything stored on your device.
Our Games are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at official.by.acer@gmail.com and we will delete it.
We protect the transmission of your information with HTTPS/TLS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, when we publish a new Game or add a feature that changes how data is handled. Changes take effect when the updated policy is posted on this page.
