I received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electronics and computer engineering from Hanyang University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2012 and 2018, respectively. I have been a Senior Researcher with the 3rd R&D Institute, Agency for Defense Development, Daejeon, South Korea since May 2018. My research interests are in statistical signal processing with applications in detection and estimation theory, information theory, and communication theory.
