Hi! I'm a second-year PhD student in the Wm Michael Barnes '64 Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering at Texas A&M University, where I'm fortunate to be part of the Jeong Research Group.
My research motivation is to contribute to the real world by addressing practical challenges in manufacturing systems through machine learning. I'm particularly interested in mitigating unrealistic assumptions in machine learning models from both methodological and practical perspectives to bridge the gap between these models and real-world applications.
While I'm broadly open to any research related to machine learning and manufacturing systems, my specific interests include:
Applications:
Advanced manufacturing
Process monitoring and control
Anomaly detection
Methodologies:
Machine learning
Deep learning
Physics-informed neural networks
