The idea with HyenaRestaurant℠ is to have a place to eat wild animal offcuts(a nice speciality is the huge 1meter trimmed Ostrich leg), all the bones and unused pieces from the ChopShop℠
Cooked/grilled/bbq/braai with real wood fire(special ventilation system that cleans the air with water and foam filters that we use for OstrichPetrol℠). We use a variety of specially made healthy spices and sauces. This is ideal if you want to increase your protein intake.

There is a festive speciality - the 1.29meter Ostrich trimmed(50%) leg, but this would be £1000(maybe £500) each.
