Welcome to my place

Hello! I’m a political scientist working on CCP Elite Politics and China’s Political Economy.

I am currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Political Science at Academia Sinica (IPSAS). Before joining IPSAS, I received my Ph.D. from the Graduate Institute of East Asian Studies at National Chengchi University (NCCU).

My current work examines the CCP's high-tech industrial policy under Xi Jinping, particularly the strategies the party-state uses to co-opt talent for national industrial development, alongside a range of other topics. More detail is available on my Research page.
