TEAM RULES
Online meetings will take place through Microsoft Team.
All members must treat each other with respect and celebrate each other's work.
All group members should do an equal amount of work.
Each member should check their emails at least twice a day.
Each member should update their calendar with their class/job schedule every week or as soon as they get a reschedule.
The two main means of communication are via email and WhatsApp, in order to prevent team members from missing out on crucial information shared on different platforms.
The team members can transfer general information through the common WhatsApp group.
All reports, tables and presentations will be created through Google Docs environment and saved in the Google Drive's shared folder.
During every meeting there will be a team member writing the minutes.
Meeting times are to be agreed upon by all team members (UK and France/Poland), and meeting attendance is compulsory.
Not decided yet:
Members will be responsible to back-up the software progress in their own drive.
