Most of the information exchanges will be done on WhatsApp.
Please remain courteous when communicating on any platform.
Please observe that times set for meetings and deadlines will be in European time (GMT +1) unless otherwise stated.
All communications between team members should take place in English.
Any and all work delegation or agreements to do work (and deadlines) must be explicitly recorded in the work plan.
The main platform for short-form communications will be WhatsApp, the meeting areas linked above will be used for larger team meetings. Any meetings between members (in text or meeting room) should be reported to the larger group around the time they happen to with a summary to ensure information does not become fragmented.
All larger team meetings must be documented (minutes) along with their participants. If these meetings are recaps of missed mentor meetings or simply help/collaboration with on work, full meeting minutes do not need to be produced but a record of it taking place should be documented for project accountability.
If a meeting is recorded it must be done with the consent of all members, having cameras on will not be mandatory but appreciated. Recorded meetings should be stored/linked at the bottom of this page.
Files and documents should be submitted to at least one other group member prior to publishing for quality checks.
