1. Open the app → Cloud Sync screen → tap "Delete backup", then "Sign out". Your backup and notification token are removed from our Firestore database immediately.

What is deleted: your Google account ID, email, notification token and all synced app data (recipes, crops, scan history, calendar plans, ledger, settings). Anonymous analytics (no account link) are retained by Firebase for up to 14 months.

This privacy policy applies to the Android application "Hydroponic Smart Assistant" (package com.hydro.calc), published on Google Play by the developer named above ("we", "us"). It explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your choices.
1. Data stored only on your device
Fertilizer recipes, saved crops (name, variety, plant type, growing system, stage, planting date, reservoir size, EC), calculator inputs, plant-care settings, calendar plans, region and weather city selection, scan history, pH/EC log, harvest/cost/profit ledger, Smart Advisor conversations, colour/text-size/music settings and other app preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this data unless you turn on Cloud Sync (section 4). If you use "Export backup", the app creates a file that you save or share yourself; we never receive it. If you use "Share recipe", the app creates a text message (recipe values and an import code) that you send yourself through an app you choose; we never receive it.
2. Plant Health scan and plant identification (photos)
When you use Plant Health, Soil Scan or Plant Identification you choose a photo. To produce the result, the photo (resized, without location metadata) and the crop/context you select are sent over an encrypted connection to a server we operate (a Cloudflare Worker), which forwards the request to Google's Gemini API and returns the result. Photos are processed only to generate the result and are not stored by our server. Google processes the request under the Google API Terms and the Gemini API data policy. Photos are never uploaded without your action, and results are stored only on your device (or in your Cloud Sync backup if enabled).
3. Smart Advisor (AI questions)
When you ask the Smart Advisor a question or request a monthly plan, the text of your question, the previous messages of that conversation, and the plant context needed to answer (plant name and type, growing system, growth stage, planting date, last EC and reservoir size you entered, current month and hemisphere, your climate zone, today's forecast for your chosen city, and the names of recent diagnoses for that plant) are sent over an encrypted connection through our Cloudflare Worker to Google's Gemini API. Nothing is sent unless you press Send or request a plan. Our server does not store the questions or answers; the conversation is stored only on your device. Do not include personal information in your questions.
About the AI features (sections 2 and 3): they use Google's Gemini API without a paid plan. Under Google's terms for this free tier, Google may use the content sent (photos, questions and the context listed above) and the generated answers to provide, improve and develop its products, and human reviewers may read it. Please do not include personal or sensitive information in photos or questions. The AI features are not offered in the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom: to decide this, our relay reads only the country of your connection as reported by Cloudflare (no IP address or identifier is stored), and in those countries the app uses its offline tools instead. The AI features are intended for adults (18+).
4. Cloud Sync and Google sign-in (optional)
If you sign in with your Google account, the app uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore (Google LLC) to back up your app data (recipes, crops, scan history, calendar plans, ledger, settings) so you can restore it on another device. We store your Google account ID and email address to identify your backup. You can delete the backup and sign out at any time from the app; deleting the backup removes the data from Firestore.
5. Weather
If you choose a city in the Weather screen, the city's coordinates (not your device location) are sent to Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) to download the forecast used for irrigation advice, weather alerts and disease-risk estimates. City search sends the name you type to Open-Meteo's geocoding service. The app does not request your device's location.
6. Notifications
Local notifications (calendar tasks, weather/season hints, inactivity reminders) are generated on the device. The app also uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC) to receive announcements and tips from us. For this, Firebase assigns your installation a messaging token, and the app subscribes it to general topics (all users, and your app language). If you are signed in with Google, the token and your app language are also saved in your Firestore record so that we can send a notification to your account. You can turn notifications off at any time in the app's Settings or in your phone's settings.
7. Analytics and crash reports
The app uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (Google LLC) to collect usage statistics (screens opened, features used, crash and performance data, device model, OS version, country) so we can improve the app. The app also adds +1 to anonymous daily counters in Cloud Firestore (number of active and new installs per day, by country, app language and app version); these counters contain no identifier and cannot be linked to you or your device. To protect our AI service from abuse, the app uses Firebase App Check with Google Play Integrity, which lets Google confirm that requests come from the genuine app on a genuine device.
8. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app displays ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may collect your advertising ID, approximate location derived from IP address, device information and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads). Consent is requested where required by law.
9. Permissions
- Camera / Photos: only to take or pick a plant or soil photo, at your request.
- Files: only when you choose a backup file to import.
- Internet: AI diagnosis and questions, weather, Cloud Sync, notifications, ads, analytics.
- Notifications: reminders, alerts and announcements (you can refuse or turn them off).
The app does not request your precise location, contacts, microphone or files other than those you choose.
10. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers named above (Google LLC — Gemini API, Firebase, AdMob; Cloudflare, Inc. — request relay; Open-Meteo — weather forecasts) to provide the features described, and when required by law.
11. Data retention and deletion
Local data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Cloud Sync backups and the notification token stay in Firestore until you delete them in the app or ask us by email; we delete them within 30 days. Analytics data is retained by Firebase for up to 14 months. To request deletion of any data associated with your account, email aaa78jo@gmail.com from the same Google account.
12. Children
The app is intended for adults (18 years and older) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
13. Security
Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Our API key for the AI service is kept on our server, not inside the app.
14. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date at the top will change and the current version is always available at this page.

1. بيانات تُخزَّن على جهازك فقط
خلطات الأسمدة، المحاصيل المحفوظة (الاسم، الصنف، نوع النبتة، نوع الزراعة، المرحلة، تاريخ الزراعة، حجم الخزان، EC)، مدخلات الحاسبات، إعدادات العناية، خطط التقويم، المنطقة ومدينة الطقس، سجل الفحوصات، سجل pH/EC، سجل الحصاد والتكاليف والأرباح، محادثات المساعد الذكي، إعدادات الألوان وحجم الخط والموسيقى وباقي التفضيلات تُحفظ محلياً على جهازك ولا تصلنا إلا إذا فعّلت المزامنة السحابية (البند 4). عند استخدام «تصدير نسخة احتياطية» يُنشئ التطبيق ملفاً تحفظه أو تشاركه أنت بنفسك ولا يصلنا. وعند استخدام «مشاركة الوصفة» يُنشئ التطبيق رسالة نصية (قيم الوصفة ورمز استيراد) ترسلها أنت عبر التطبيق الذي تختاره ولا تصلنا.
2. فحص صحة النبات والتعرّف على النبات (الصور)
عند استخدام فحص النبات أو فحص التربة أو التعرّف على النبات تختار صورة. لإنتاج النتيجة تُرسل الصورة (مصغّرة وبدون بيانات الموقع) مع المحصول والسياق الذي تحدده عبر اتصال مشفّر إلى خادم نشغّله (Cloudflare Worker) يمرر الطلب إلى واجهة Gemini من Google ويعيد النتيجة. تُعالج الصور لإنتاج النتيجة فقط ولا يخزّنها خادمنا. تعالج Google الطلب وفق شروط Google API وسياسة بيانات Gemini API. لا تُرفع أي صورة دون فعل منك، وتُحفظ النتائج على جهازك فقط (أو في نسختك السحابية إن فعّلت المزامنة).
3. المساعد الذكي (أسئلة الذكاء الاصطناعي)
عندما تسأل المساعد الذكي أو تطلب خطة شهرية، يُرسل نص سؤالك والرسائل السابقة في المحادثة نفسها وسياق النبتة اللازم للإجابة (اسم النبتة ونوعها، نوع الزراعة، مرحلة النمو، تاريخ الزراعة، آخر EC وحجم الخزان الذي أدخلته، الشهر الحالي ونصف الكرة، منطقتك المناخية، توقعات اليوم لمدينتك المختارة، وأسماء آخر التشخيصات لهذه النبتة) عبر اتصال مشفّر من خلال خادمنا على Cloudflare إلى واجهة Gemini من Google. لا يُرسل شيء إلا عند ضغطك «إرسال» أو طلب الخطة. لا يخزّن خادمنا الأسئلة أو الإجابات، وتُحفظ المحادثة على جهازك فقط. لا تضع معلومات شخصية في أسئلتك.
عن ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي (البندان 2 و3): تعمل عبر واجهة Gemini من Google دون خطة مدفوعة. وفق شروط Google لهذه الفئة المجانية، قد تستخدم Google المحتوى المرسَل (الصور والأسئلة والسياق المذكور أعلاه) والإجابات الناتجة لتقديم منتجاتها وتحسينها وتطويرها، وقد يطّلع عليه مراجعون بشريون؛ لذا لا تضع معلومات شخصية أو حساسة في الصور أو الأسئلة. لا تتوفر ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية وسويسرا والمملكة المتحدة: لتحديد ذلك يقرأ خادمنا الوسيط دولة اتصالك فقط كما تحددها Cloudflare (دون تخزين عنوان IP أو أي معرّف)، ويستخدم التطبيق هناك أدواته التي تعمل دون اتصال. ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي مخصّصة للبالغين (18 عاماً فأكثر).
4. المزامنة السحابية وتسجيل الدخول بحساب Google (اختياري)
إذا سجّلت الدخول بحساب Google يستخدم التطبيق Firebase Authentication وCloud Firestore (Google LLC) لعمل نسخة احتياطية من بياناتك (الخلطات، المحاصيل، سجل الفحوصات، خطط التقويم، سجل الحسابات، الإعدادات) لاستعادتها على جهاز آخر. نخزّن معرّف حساب Google وبريدك الإلكتروني لتحديد نسختك. يمكنك حذف النسخة وتسجيل الخروج في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق؛ حذف النسخة يزيل البيانات من Firestore.
5. الطقس
إذا اخترت مدينة في شاشة الطقس تُرسل إحداثيات المدينة (وليس موقع جهازك) إلى Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) لتنزيل التوقعات المستخدمة في نصائح الري وتنبيهات الطقس وتقدير خطر الأمراض. البحث عن مدينة يرسل الاسم الذي تكتبه إلى خدمة البحث الجغرافي في Open-Meteo. لا يطلب التطبيق موقع جهازك.
6. الإشعارات
الإشعارات المحلية (مهام التقويم، تلميحات الطقس والموسم، تذكير عدم الاستخدام) تُنشأ على الجهاز. ويستخدم التطبيق أيضاً Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC) لاستقبال الإعلانات والنصائح منا؛ لذلك تعطي Firebase جهازك رمز إشعارات، ويشترك التطبيق في مواضيع عامة (كل المستخدمين، ولغة التطبيق). إذا سجّلت الدخول بحساب Google يُحفظ الرمز ولغة التطبيق أيضاً في سجلك على Firestore لنتمكن من إرسال إشعار لحسابك. يمكنك إيقاف الإشعارات في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق أو إعدادات الهاتف.
7. التحليلات وتقارير الأعطال
يستخدم التطبيق Firebase Analytics وCrashlytics (Google LLC) لجمع إحصاءات الاستخدام (الشاشات المفتوحة، الميزات المستخدمة، بيانات الأعطال والأداء، طراز الجهاز، إصدار النظام، الدولة) لتحسين التطبيق. ويضيف التطبيق أيضاً +1 إلى عدّادات يومية مجهولة الهوية في Cloud Firestore (عدد التثبيتات النشطة والجديدة يومياً حسب الدولة ولغة التطبيق وإصداره)؛ لا تحتوي هذه العدّادات أي معرّف ولا يمكن ربطها بك أو بجهازك. ولحماية خدمة الذكاء الاصطناعي من إساءة الاستخدام يستخدم التطبيق Firebase App Check مع Google Play Integrity، ما يسمح لـ Google بالتأكد أن الطلبات صادرة من التطبيق الأصلي على جهاز حقيقي.
8. الإعلانات (Google AdMob)
يعرض التطبيق إعلانات من Google AdMob (Google LLC). قد تجمع AdMob معرّف الإعلانات، الموقع التقريبي من عنوان IP، معلومات الجهاز وبيانات التفاعل مع الإعلانات لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها وفق سياسة خصوصية Google (https://policies.google.com/privacy). يمكنك إعادة ضبط معرّف الإعلانات أو تقييده من إعدادات الجهاز (الإعدادات → Google → الإعلانات). تُطلب الموافقة حيث يفرض القانون ذلك.
9. الأذونات
- الكاميرا / الصور: فقط لالتقاط أو اختيار صورة نبات أو تربة بطلبك.
- الملفات: فقط عند اختيارك ملف نسخة احتياطية لاستيراده.
- الإنترنت: تشخيص وأسئلة الذكاء الاصطناعي، الطقس، المزامنة، الإشعارات، الإعلانات، التحليلات.
- الإشعارات: التذكيرات والتنبيهات والإعلانات (يمكنك رفضها أو إيقافها).
لا يطلب التطبيق موقعك الدقيق ولا جهات الاتصال ولا الميكروفون ولا ملفات غير التي تختارها.
10. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية. تُشارك البيانات فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمة المذكورين أعلاه (Google LLC — Gemini API وFirebase وAdMob؛ Cloudflare, Inc. — تمرير الطلبات؛ Open-Meteo — توقعات الطقس) لتقديم الميزات الموضحة، وعند اقتضاء القانون.
11. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
تبقى البيانات المحلية على جهازك حتى تحذفها أو تزيل التطبيق. تبقى نسخ المزامنة ورمز الإشعارات في Firestore حتى تحذفها من التطبيق أو تطلب ذلك بالبريد؛ نحذفها خلال 30 يوماً. تحتفظ Firebase ببيانات التحليلات حتى 14 شهراً. لطلب حذف أي بيانات مرتبطة بحسابك راسلنا على aaa78jo@gmail.com من نفس حساب Google.
12. الأطفال
التطبيق مخصّص للبالغين (18 عاماً فأكثر) وغير موجّه للأطفال، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات شخصية من أي شخص دون 18 عاماً.
13. الأمان
البيانات أثناء النقل مشفّرة (HTTPS/TLS). مفتاح خدمة الذكاء الاصطناعي محفوظ على خادمنا وليس داخل التطبيق.
14. التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة؛ يتغير تاريخ السريان أعلاه وتبقى النسخة الحالية متاحة دائماً على هذه الصفحة.
