This Privacy Policy governs your use of Hydrate Now (the "Application"). The Application is designed as a local-first utility. We value your privacy, and our data practices are straightforward: we do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data.
No Personal Data Collected: We do not collect any personally identifiable information (such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device IDs) directly.
Local Processing Only: Any data you input, download, or process within the Application stays strictly on your device. We do not operate servers for user data storage.
Where Data is Stored: All application data, settings, and files are stored locally in your device's isolated storage sandbox.
Retention Period: We do not retain your data on any external systems. Data remains on your device for as long as the Application is installed.
Because all data is stored exclusively on your device, you have total control over it:
Automatic Deletion via Uninstall: You can completely and permanently delete all data associated with the Application at any time by uninstalling the Application from your device.
Manual Deletion via Settings: Alternatively, you can clear all stored data without uninstalling by going to your device's Settings > Apps > Hydrate Now > Storage and selecting "Clear Data" or "Clear Storage."
Once removed via these device functions, your data is completely wiped and cannot be recovered by us.
The Application utilizes CAS.AI for ad mediation and may utilize other third-party SDKs (such as basic crash reporting) to maintain app functionality.
These third parties may process anonymous, device-specific telemetry and advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) according to their own privacy policies to provide relevant advertisements. We do not receive or store this data. You can review the CAS.AI Privacy Policy directly to understand how they handle data.
If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy or data handling, you can contact us via our developer support channels.
When you update your Data safety section in the Google Play Console:
Declare Third-Party Sharing: Explicitly state that "Advertising" data (like Device IDs) is shared with a third party (CAS.AI).
Purpose: Select "Advertising or marketing" as the purpose for this collection.
Consistency: Ensure the information you enter in the Data safety form matches the disclosures in this Privacy Policy.
