HydraTap is sold as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. The application is designed for offline use and does not collect, store, or share any personal data.

1. No Data Collected

HydraTap does not collect any information from users.

The app does not:

• Collect your name, email, phone number, or contact details

• Collect location data

• Collect device or usage information

• Track your activity across apps or websites

• Store or upload gameplay data

• Use cookies or online identifiers

• Use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs

• Use external servers or cloud services

All app activity remains entirely on your device.

2. No Use of Device Identifiers

HydraTap does not access or use:

• IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers)

• IDFV (Identifier for Vendors)

• Advertising identifiers

• Device identifiers

• Any unique tracking identifiers

Because the app performs no tracking or analytics, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt is not required.

3. Purchase Model (One-Time Purchase)

HydraTap is purchased once through the Apple App Store.

There are no in-app purchases (IAP).

All payment processing is handled securely by Apple.

We do not:

• Receive your payment details

• Store credit card information

• Receive personal information about you from Apple

Apple only provides anonymous sales reports, not individual user data.

HydraTap does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults.
