hydrangeaLab(以下「当開発者」)は、Androidアプリ「サブスク管理シンプル」(アプリケーションID:jp.hydrangea.subscriptionmanager。

hydrangeaLab (“the developer”, “we” or “us”) describes below how user information is handled in the Android app Simple Subscription Manager (application ID: jp.hydrangea.subscriptionmanager; “the app”).
This policy covers records and settings in the app, advertising and privacy choices, Premium purchases, visits to external pages, and information provided when you contact us about the app.
The app does not have its own user account system and does not ask you to register your name, email address or phone number. Premium purchases use your Google Play account.
The app uses the subscription and recurring bill information you enter: service names, monthly amounts and payment days. It also uses your selected currency, reminder settings (including whether reminders are enabled and the reminder time) and local app preferences to display and manage records, calculate totals and provide reminders. This information is generally stored and processed on your device. Internal record identifiers and the status of notification permission guidance are also stored on your device to support the app’s operation. Operating system backups and device transfers are described in section 2.
The app uses services provided by Google for advertising, managing advertising privacy choices, Premium payments and purchase status checks. Sections 2 and 4 describe how these services process information. Section 7 describes information received when you contact us.
The app does not send your subscription records, selected currency or local app preferences, including notification settings, to a server operated by the developer. We do not operate our own server to store these records.
The app does not pass the service names, monthly amounts, payment days, selected currency or reminder settings you enter to advertising or purchase SDKs for advertising or Premium payments. Data on your device is stored in the app’s private Android storage and is subject to the operating system’s access controls.
The free version displays banner ads using Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), provided by Google LLC. By default, the advertising SDK automatically collects and shares information for ad delivery and measurement, analytics and service improvement, and fraud prevention. The information includes:
IP addresses, which may be used to estimate the device’s approximate location.
App interactions, such as app launches, ad impressions and ad taps.
Diagnostic information, such as launch time, app hangs and energy use.
Identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID (AAID), App Set ID (ASID) and app-specific advertising identifiers.
The advertising SDK automatically collects AAID and ASID by default for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. The app has no proprietary account or sign-in feature and does not provide an app-specific account ID or Publisher Provided ID (PPID) to the advertising SDK. In the app's current standard banner ad configuration, this SDK does not collect or share user IDs related to accounts signed in on the device.
The advertising SDK’s standard crash reporting is enabled. Information about the SDK’s stability and exceptions may be sent to Google for service quality improvement, analytics and fraud prevention in advertising systems.
How information is handled varies with device settings, region, privacy choices and Google service settings. According to Google, data collected and sent by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.
The app does not include a separate usage analytics or crash collection service such as Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics. However, the advertising SDK and Google Play Billing may perform their own measurement and diagnostic processing.
The app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent and choices. Information such as IP addresses, device, app and SDK information, and consent status is processed so that Google can determine whether a consent form is needed and reflect your choices in advertising processing. Consent and choice information is also stored on the device and reflected in ad requests.
In the free version, consent or choice forms are shown according to your region and applicable settings. In both the free and Premium versions, the app displays an “Ad privacy settings” button when Google determines that a form for reviewing your choices is required under applicable regional requirements or settings. You can use the displayed form to review or change choices, including withdrawing consent.
Refusing consent to personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all processing needed for advertising, fraud prevention or other related purposes. Whether ads are displayed and the types of ads depend on your choices and Google’s systems and settings. Where available, you can also delete or reset the advertising ID in Android settings. These actions do not mean that all information previously sent is deleted.
Premium is a monthly subscription that renews automatically through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes payments. Neither the app nor the developer obtains or stores payment method details, such as credit card numbers, through the app’s payment process.
The app receives standard purchase records (Purchase objects) from Google Play. It uses information in those records, including the Premium product ID, current purchase status and purchase tokens, to check whether Premium is active, enable Premium features and acknowledge purchases through Google Play Billing.
Purchase status is checked automatically, including when the app starts or returns to the foreground. The app does not retrieve your entire past purchase history from Google Play.
The app reads purchase tokens in memory and passes them to Google Play for standard purchase acknowledgment. The app does not send purchase records or tokens to a developer-operated backend and does not persist purchase tokens in its database, preferences or own logs. The app’s custom Billing diagnostic logging is disabled in the release version.
Google Play Billing also performs its own diagnostic processing and may send diagnostic information to Google. The app’s custom logging setting does not disable processing internal to Google Play Billing. Purchase status is checked in both the free and Premium versions.
While Premium has been verified as active, the app does not newly start Google Mobile Ads SDK ad-serving processing, load or display ads, or make new ad requests.
However, to provide privacy settings required by regional or other applicable requirements, the app continues to check and update consent information through UMP and to display privacy settings forms when you request them.
When Premium becomes active, the app stops the banner currently being displayed. Communications needed to check purchase status continue. Switching to Premium does not mean that all SDK processing started beforehand stops or that information already sent is deleted.
You can cancel Premium or change your payment method in Google Play’s subscription management screen. Uninstalling the app or deleting subscription records does not cancel Premium.
Depending on your device and operating system settings, app data may be stored in a backup service provided by Google or another provider, or transferred to another device.
This is separate from sending subscription records to a server operated by the developer. Check your device and service settings and guidance for information about whether backups are enabled, where they are stored, and how to manage or delete them.
When you open a page such as this privacy policy or Google Play’s subscription management screen from the app, the app passes a URL to a browser or another compatible app. It does not append or attach your subscription records or notification settings to that URL. The subscription management URL includes the product ID identifying Premium and the app’s identifier.
The browser or other app handles the communications needed to display the page. When you view this policy on Google Sites, Google may process information such as your IP address, browser and device information, and access date and time under Google’s privacy policy. This is separate from sending your subscription records to the developer.
The app uses your device’s notification and alarm functions to provide reminders before payment days. Payment days and notification settings are used locally to determine which reminders to send and when.
Notifications display the subscription name and amount you entered. Depending on your device settings, they may also appear on the lock screen.
You can change whether reminders are enabled and the reminder time in the app. In the free version, there are limits on which individual records’ reminder settings you can change. Notification permissions and lock screen visibility can be managed in Android settings.
Reminders may be delayed or may not appear because of device conditions such as notification permissions, alarm permissions and power-saving features.
The developer does not automatically collect subscription records from the app for sale or disclosure to third parties. We do not sell personal information received through support inquiries. We do not disclose personal data we hold to third parties without your prior consent, except where permitted by applicable law.
For advertising, privacy choice management, Premium payments and purchase status checks, the information described in section 2 is sent to Google. Advertising-related information may be processed or shared by Google and partners involved in ad delivery. Refer to the consent or choice form shown to you and Google’s information for details of the parties involved and their purposes.
For information about Google’s handling of data, see:
We use the external email service described in section 7 to handle inquiries. Section 2 describes operating system backups and visits to external pages.
You can delete individual subscription records in the app. Saved records are not automatically deleted when Premium expires. You can still view and delete all records in the free version.
Deleting an individual record does not erase the app’s global notification settings. Deleting a record or turning reminders off does not automatically remove notifications already displayed. Clear those notifications through your device’s notification interface.
The app does not automatically delete subscription records after a set period. Records and settings stored in the app’s private storage are deleted when you clear the app’s data in Android settings or uninstall the app.
Data stored by the operating system or a backup service is managed separately from data on your device.
Deleting records, clearing app data or uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete backups at the same time. If a backup exists, data may be restored when you reinstall the app or move to another device. Consult your device or service provider’s guidance to manage or delete backups.
The retention, management and deletion of information handled by external services for advertising, consent choices, Google Play purchases and diagnostics are governed by those services’ terms, privacy policies and settings.
Deleting subscription records in the app, changing consent, deleting the advertising ID or uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete information held by external services or purchase history. The developer does not provide a function to look up or delete information held by Google using advertising SDK identifiers.
See Google’s privacy controls and information choices for guidance on managing and deleting information Google handles about you. Canceling Premium is a separate process from deleting data.
Section 7 explains how long inquiry information is kept and how it is deleted.
We may revise this policy to reflect changes in laws, app features or how information is handled. When we do, we will publish the revised content, revision date and effective date on this page.
Where a change requires a separate notice, consent or another procedure under applicable law, we will take the required steps.

Please use this address for questions about the app, this policy or the handling of personal information.
When you contact us, we receive your sender email address, any name or other information you include in your message, the inquiry itself and any attachments. We use this information only as needed to respond, investigate and resolve the issue, communicate with you, and review the handling history of that inquiry.
Please do not send passwords, authentication codes or other confidential information that is unnecessary for handling your inquiry.
Inquiry emails are received and stored through Shin Rental Server (シンレンタルサーバー), provided by Xserver Inc., and are read and answered using that service’s webmail. Access on the developer’s side is limited to the people who need the information to handle the inquiry.
Refer to the service provider’s terms and privacy policy for information about its processing.
Ordinary inquiry information is generally deleted within one year after the inquiry is closed. Where continued retention is necessary to address an ongoing issue or comply with a legal retention requirement, it is kept only for the period needed for that purpose. Contract and billing records are managed separately from ordinary inquiries.
Deletion covers messages, attachments and separately saved copies controlled by the developer. Backups and internal records controlled by an external service provider are retained and deleted according to that service’s specifications and terms.
If you wish to request information about the purposes of use, access, correction, deletion, suspension of use or other action concerning personal information we hold about you, contact the address above.
We may ask for the minimum information necessary to verify that the request comes from you. After verification, we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
