HydraKit Terms of Use

Welcome to HydraKit! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the HydraKit mobile application ("App") operated by HILAL GUL FAIZY, referred to as "we," "us," or "our." By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 9 years old. If you are a parent or guardian, you agree to supervise and ensure appropriate use of the App by children under your care.

2. Account Registration

Some features of the App may require an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your account details secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Subscription and In-App Purchases

HydraKit offers both free and premium features. Premium features may be accessed through in-app purchases or subscriptions, including:

* Monthly Subscription: $2.49

* Annual Subscription: $11.99 (new subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial)

* Lifetime Purchase: $32.99

Prices are shown in USD for reference; the price and currency displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase will apply to your region. Prices are subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify them at any time.

Free Trial Terms:

Where offered, the free trial gives you full access to premium features for 7 days at no charge. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen subscription will begin automatically and you will be charged the subscription price shown at signup. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged, in your App Store account settings. Each Apple ID is eligible for one free trial per subscription group.

Subscription Terms:

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for your interactions within the App and any data you input. You may not use the App for any unlawful purposes or to disrupt the functionality of the App or interfere with other users' experience.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content available in the App, including but not limited to images, text, and graphics, is the property of HILAL GUL FAIZY or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App without prior written permission.

6. User Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with this policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in prohibited activities such as:

* Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation

* Attempting to hack or disrupt the App

* Violating any applicable laws or third-party rights

* Using the App for unauthorized commercial purposes

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in prohibited activities. Termination will not affect your obligation to pay any fees due.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HydraKit, its officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will meet your expectations, be error-free, secure, or operate uninterrupted. You assume full responsibility for using the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HydraKit, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts located in Istanbul/Türkiye.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes signifies your acceptance of the modified Terms.
