Hyde Photos Hider is a private photo and video vault that lets you protect selected media with a pattern lock, Face ID, auto-lock, screenshot blocking, and attempt logs. Your vault is designed to remain on your device without cloud storage.

Information We Collect

Hyde Photos Hider does not require an account or registration and does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, address, or phone number.

The app may process limited non-personal technical information, such as:

• Device type and operating system

• App version

• General usage information

• Crash and performance diagnostics

• Approximate, non-identifying analytics

Photos and Videos

The app requests access to your photos and videos when you choose to add media to the vault or restore media to your device. Selected photos and videos are used only for the vault and media-management features you request.

Biometric Authentication

Hyde Photos Hider may use Face ID or other supported biometric authentication when you enable it. Biometric information is handled by the device's operating system and is not collected or stored by the app.

Information Stored on Your Device

Hyde Photos Hider may store your protected photos and videos, hidden albums, vault settings, pattern lock configuration, auto-lock preferences, and attempt logs locally on your device.

The app does not use cloud storage for your vault content.

Advertising

The app may display third-party advertisements, such as Google AdMob. Advertising partners may use device identifiers and similar technologies to provide and measure advertisements.

Third-Party Services

Hyde Photos Hider may use third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, or performance monitoring. Biometric authentication is provided through the device's operating system.
