TERMS OF SERVICE

I will show you WIPs of your commission during the painting process.

Your commission won't have a dimond-shaped watermark. :)

I might take more time to complete the commission, than usual. Portraits take up to 1,5 weeks, half-body few weeks and full-body up to 1-2 months. Before commissioning, always inform me about the desired time of completion. And don't be shy to ask about the progress.

You have the rights to use the commission for private usage (profile picture, banners, etc.), but you can't claim my work as your own, therefore I retain full copyright ownership of the commission.

I will post your commission in all my socials. If you don't want me to post the picture in my profiles or use it in my portfolio, inform me beforehand.

Crediting me as an artist if you use the work as pfp in social media, YouTube videos, etc is necessary.

You can't use my work for self profit in any kind of way (prints, monetized youtube videos etc.).

You can't use my work for NFT's or AI.

Full refund in case of me cancelling the commission or if you cancel it before the start of the work.

If the commission is completed more, than a half or vice-versa, and you request a refund, I may refund based on how much of work was completed.

No refunds if the work is completed.

Always send more, than 5 reference images.

I may refuse a commission for personal reasons.
