The State Ambassador Position is part of the Hybrid Mail and Google Maps Correctness Project, powered by TKIWC Digital Hub under the AI for Churches, Schools & Businesses Initiative.
Each Ambassador represents one Nigerian state and coordinates Google My Business (GMB) Agents to digitally map and activate institutions within their state.
You can apply to become a State Ambassador if you meet these basic criteria:
✅ Age: 20 years and above
✅ Resident in the state you want to represent
✅ Own an Android phone with internet access
✅ Basic knowledge of Google Maps, Gmail, and online tools
✅ Able to coordinate teams, attend meetings, and report weekly
✅ Passion for community development and technology

Follow these steps to become a State Ambassador:
Step 1: Fill Out Application Form
Submit your personal details, state of residence, and proof of Google Skillshop or Local Guide enrollment.
Step 2: Attend Online Orientation
Join the Hybrid Mail Orientation via Zoom to learn your duties, ethics, and communication channels.
Step 3: Verification & Appointment Letter
Once approved, you’ll receive a Digital Appointment Letter signed by TKIWC Digital Hub Headquarters.
Step 4: Create Your State WhatsApp Group
You’ll set up a group for all GMB Agents in your state to coordinate training, reporting, and mentorship.
Step 5: Begin State Activation
You’ll recruit and oversee at least 20 GMB Agents to start mapping and reporting verified locations.
As a State Ambassador, your core roles include:
📍 Leadership & Coordination
Supervise all GMB Agents in your state
Organize orientation, training, and reporting schedules
Represent your state during Hybrid Mail meetings
Oversee data collection for institutions (churches, schools, etc.)
Verify and submit accurate Google Map updates
Ensure compliance with Google’s integrity policies
📊 Reporting & Communication
Submit weekly reports via Google Sheets and Drive
Maintain contact with the National Coordination Team
Manage feedback, performance, and progress of state agents
💼 Community Engagement
Liaise with churches, schools, and local institutions
Represent TKIWC in local events or digital programs
✅ Official Recognition
Receive a State Ambassador Certificate and Digital ID Card from TKIWC Digital Hub.
✅ Leadership Status
Serve as the official representative of the Hybrid Mail & AI Projects in your state.
✅ Training & Certification
Access free courses through Google Skillshop, Grow with Google, and TKIWC Digital Academy.
✅ Income Opportunities
Earn performance bonuses and stipends based on verified agents, data accuracy, and state impact.
✅ Career Growth
Eligible to advance into Regional Coordinator or National Director positions.
✅ Visibility & Impact
Be publicly featured on the official project website and national reports as your state’s digital transformation leader.
State Ambassadors are expected to:

Maintain professionalism and transparency
Avoid fake or duplicate data submissions
Submit reports punctually
Encourage teamwork, discipline, and innovation among GMB Agents
