Despite trying to keep on top of the project, there were many external factors which affected my original plan. Having originally used a Google calendar to keep track of tasks and milestones targets, needless to say that each change overrode previously recorded entries. Lesson learned: don't use a calendar to plan a project. Trying to cut corners was clearly not the smartest strategy in this instance. Still, I had enough emails, notes, message and video conference records to rebuild my plan.
