Complete as many push ups as you can in 30 seconds.

See how many times you can throw a ball against a wall and catch the rebound in 30 seconds.

You can only use 1 hand to catch and you should use alternate hands e.g. left to right, right to left.

Create a target and using an object (no bigger than a tennis ball) aim to hit that target from as far away as possible.
