No responsibility is taken for misuse, especially related but not limited to any damage incured by high audio levels. Every user is responsible for not increasing the audio levels of her or his device above safety thresholds.

Especially no responsibility is taken for whatever damage may occur by the use of further amplification e.g. loudspeakers or similar devices. Using the app at high volumes is always undertaken at your own risk.
