Feast

A fantastic spread of three removes, featuring the following:

1st Remove:
Savory Greek Focaccia Bread
Labneh - a tangy yogurt based spreadable, soft cheese
Orange Slices
Grapes
Olive Oil Dip

2nd Remove:
Salat of spring greens and onion w/ vinegar dressing
Leek and root vegetable soup
Grilled Turkey with Mustard and Shallot pan sauce

3rd Remove:
Grilled Pork Loin with Berry Sauce
Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Dessert:

Sautauthig (pronounced sawí-taw-teeg)  - a period Native American dessert featuring Blueberries

Feast is limited to 60 seats, and we highly encourage you to pre-register to reserve your seat!  The cost for feast is $20.00.
