NBA - Rename your file properly - Upload your softcopy of the files - 10 files (100MB file size) you can upload under each sub criteria. If you want to add more files, after submitting the form, once again fill the form freshly. If there is no softcopies for that section, skip the section. You can submit multiple times. Use yourname@happyvalley.in email id for uploading the files.

You need not upload the same file multiple times (under different section). If that is the case, please mention in the remarks.
