Combining guided breathwork with deep stretching, this class encourages relaxation, mobility, and mental clarity while helping to ease physical and emotional stress.

Suitable for all experience levels, this 45-minute session is ideal for recovery, grounding, and restoring balance during your time on Hvar.

Private Movement Session

A personalised bodyweight training session designed to support your strength, mobility, energy, and overall well-being. Sessions can be tailored to your goals and preferred intensity — from grounding and low-impact movement to more dynamic full-body training.

Whether you’re looking to energise, strengthen, improve mobility, or simply move your body while on holiday, each session is adapted to your experience level and needs. I guide and demonstrate all movements throughout the class while offering optional adjustments and support.

This is a 45-minute private session suitable for individuals or small groups.

• Dynamic bodyweight movement sequences

• Strength, flexibility, and endurance-focused exercises
