End User License Agreement

End User License Agreement (EULA) for  HVAC.

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and  HVAC (“We” or “Us”) regarding your use of our chatbot services. By downloading, installing, and/or using the Services, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Services.

1. License Grant: We hereby grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use and not for resale or further distribution.

2. Intellectual Property: All rights, title and interest in and to the Services, including all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein, are the property of  HVAC

3. Restrictions: You may not modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer any part of the Services. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Services.

4. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate this EULA and your access to the Services if you violate any of the terms of this EULA.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Services are provided “as is” and we make no warranties, express or implied, as to the Services or your use of the Services.

6. Limitation of Liability: To the extent not prohibited by law, we shall not be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Please review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for additional information.



Auto-Renewable Subscription Policy.

If you choose to purchase an auto-renewable subscription to Pookie , payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
