Private / individual lessons focus on skill development. Workouts are customized to focus on players' strengths and improve areas of growth.
We form the groups, no more than 6-7 athletes in a group. We generally maintain smaller groups when training less skilled athletes. Each 1-hour session consists of drills designed to improve shooting, ball handling, passing, defense, and footwork, as well as confidence and understanding of the game.
Hustle offers individual and group rates for sports performance training. Performance sessions focus on the body and mind to prepare athletes for the rigors of basketball. Athletes will work on drill preparation using techniques, the latest technology, and position-specific work.
