This software is provided Huson Studio without warranty or guarantee. Huson Studio disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the software, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. In no event will Huson Studio be liable to you for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including any lost profits, lost data, lost savings or business interruption, whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, product liability, or any other legal theory, unless such exclusion is prohibited by law. Huson Studio shall have no liability with respect to the content of the Software Product or any part thereof, including but not limited to errors or omissions contained therein, libel, infringements of rights of publicity, privacy, trademark rights, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, moral rights or the disclosure of confidential information.

GRANT OF LICENSE

This software may only be used in accordance with local laws, regulations, and service agreements applicable to any device running the software. The software is the intellectual property of Huson Studio and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and proprietary rights. Downloading, Installing, Copying, Using or Purchasing the software grants you only a limited nonexclusive license for your personal use and does not authorize republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, or preparation of derivative work unless you have received Huson Studio express written permission for such use. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Huson Studio.

JURISDICTION

You agree, in the event of any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions or any dispute arising in relation to the our apps or services whether in contract or tort or otherwise, will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts located at Jaipur, India for the resolution of all such disputes.

RETURN POLICY

This software is returnable only according to the terms provided by the Android Play Store. In the case of paid software, refunds are processed as per the Android Play Store terms and conditions.

IN-APP PURCHASE

Apps purchased through In-App purchase will be treated as consumable. Consumable products can be purchased multiple time by same user. We do not give refund for In-App purchase items/products.
