Alaskan Huskies: Speed, Strength, and Character
Alaskan Huskies are cheerful, powerful sled dogs known for their speed and endurance. Because they aren’t an officially recognized breed, their appearance varies widely, with different coat colors, eye colors, and generally slim, athletic builds. This sets them apart from Siberian Huskies, which are a recognized breed with a consistent and easily recognizable look. Alaskan Huskies are bred for performance above all else, while Siberian Huskies are bred according to specific breed standards.

Hi, I’m Laura, an experienced dog sled guide. I spent several years in Lapland leading dog sled tours. Sharing adventures in nature with my dogs is my passion.
