This privacy policy explains how the Hushtown app for Android ("the app") handles information. The app is published under the developer name Runwith.

Summary
The app does not require an account. It has no analytics. Your night-time records and your town stay on your phone and are never sent anywhere. From version 0.1.2, the app shows one small ad, and to show it the Google Mobile Ads SDK communicates with Google over the internet (see "Ads"). Versions 0.1.0 and 0.1.1 have no ads and do not use the internet. An email address reaches us only if you choose to send one (see "Notice about Shared town" and "If you email us").
What the app reads on your phone (Usage access)
To know whether you left your phone alone at night, the app asks for Android's "Usage access" permission. With it, the app reads only these system events for the hours between your bedtime and wake-up time (plus a few hours before bedtime):
・when the screen was turned on and off
・when the phone was locked and unlocked
The app does not read which apps you used, your app usage times, notifications, messages or any content. It uses the events only to work out how many minutes the phone was unlocked during the night. The events are processed on your phone. They are not sent anywhere, and they are not used for ads. You can turn Usage access off at any time in your phone's settings.
Information stored only on your device
・your bedtime, wake-up time and the allowed minutes per night
・for each night: the date, whether it was quiet, the minutes the phone was unlocked, the number of unlocks, and the building it added to your town
・whether the bedtime reminder is on
This information is stored only on your device. It is never sent to us.
Ads (version 0.1.2 and later)
The app shows one small banner ad at the bottom of the town screen. It is not shown in the morning reveal, in the first-run guide or the settings, or during the night (between your bedtime and your wake-up time). The ads are provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google. To choose and show ads, to measure them and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK inside the app sends the following information directly to Google:
・your device's advertising ID and app set ID
・your IP address (which can indicate your approximate location)
・information about your device and the app, such as the phone model, Android version, language and app version
・how you interact with ads (for example, that an ad was shown or tapped)
・diagnostic information, such as crash and performance data
This information is sent encrypted. We do not receive it in a form that identifies you. Google handles it under Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy . How Google uses information from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Your choices
・In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (and in other places where the law requires it), the app shows Google's consent form before any ad is loaded. If you do not agree to personalised ads, Google may still show non-personalised or limited ads, which use the information above only for purposes such as showing the ad, counting it and preventing fraud.
・Where the consent form applies, you can change your choice at any time with "Ad privacy choices" at the bottom of the app's settings screen.
・You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).
Notifications
If you turn on the bedtime reminder, the app schedules one local notification a day, 30 minutes before your bedtime. It is created on your phone; no notification is sent from our servers. The app never sends notifications between midnight and 6:00.
Sharing your town
If you tap "Share my town", the app creates a picture of your town and opens your phone's share menu. Nothing is shared unless you choose an app to share it with.
Notice about "Shared town" (only if you ask for it)
The app shows a note about a planned feature called "Shared town". If you tap "Tell me when it starts", your browser opens a Google Form outside the app. Only people who choose to fill in that form send us anything: their email address and their answers to the questions on the form. The app itself does not send your email address or your answers; your night-time records and your town stay on your phone and are not attached to the form.
We use the email address only to tell you when "Shared town" starts, and the answers only to decide whether to build it. We do not use them for anything else, and we do not share or sell them. The form is provided by Google and the answers are kept in our Google account; Google handles them under its privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy . To have your email address deleted, write to support@runwith-ai.com.
If you email us
The app has a "Send feedback" link in its settings that opens your own email app. If you choose to send us an email, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you and to improve the app, and we do not share it with anyone.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. The information listed under "Ads" is sent directly from your phone to Google, which provides the ads. We do not share any other information.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads in the app are limited to Google's "PG" content rating or below.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles information, we will update this policy before the change and show a new effective date.

概要
本アプリは、アカウントの登録が不要です。アクセス解析は使っていません。夜の記録と町の内容はスマホの中にとどまり、どこにも送りません。版 0.1.2 からは、小さな広告を1つ表示します。広告を表示するために、グーグルの広告の仕組みがインターネットでグーグルと通信します（「広告」の節）。版 0.1.0 と 0.1.1 には広告がなく、インターネットにもつなぎません。メールアドレスが当社に届くのは、お客様がご自分で送ったときだけです（「いっしょの町のお知らせ」「メールでご連絡いただいた場合」の節）。
スマホの中で読む情報（使用状況へのアクセス）
夜にスマホを触らずに過ごせたかを知るため、アンドロイドの「使用状況へのアクセス」の許可をお願いしています。この許可で本アプリが読むのは、寝る時刻から起きる時刻まで（と寝る前の数時間）の次の出来事だけです。
・画面がついた時刻と消えた時刻
・ロックがかかった時刻と外れた時刻
どのアプリを使ったか、アプリごとの使用時間、通知、メッセージなどの中身は読みません。これらの出来事は、夜の間にロックが外れていた分数を数えるためだけに、スマホの中で使います。どこにも送らず、広告にも使いません。この許可は、スマホの設定からいつでも切れます。
端末の中にだけ保存する情報
・寝る時刻、起きる時刻、夜に触ってよい分数
・夜ごとの記録：日付、静かな夜だったか、ロックが外れていた分数、ロックを外した回数、町に建った建物
・寝る前のお知らせを使うかどうか
これらはお客様の端末の中にだけ保存し、当社に送ることはありません。
広告（版 0.1.2 から）
本アプリは、町の画面の一番下に小さな広告（バナー）を1つ表示します。朝に建物が建つ場面、はじめの案内と設定の画面、夜の間（寝る時刻から起きる時刻まで）には出しません。広告は、グーグルの「Google AdMob」が配信します。広告を選んで表示し、表示の回数を数え、不正を防ぐために、本アプリに組み込んだグーグルの広告の仕組み（Google Mobile Ads SDK）が、次の情報をグーグルへ直接送ります。
・端末の広告ID と アプリセットID
・IPアドレス（おおよその地域がわかることがあります）
・端末とアプリの情報（機種、アンドロイドの版、言語、アプリの版など）
・広告の表示や、広告を押したかどうか
・不具合や動作の情報（アプリが止まったときの記録など）
これらは暗号化して送られます。当社が、お客様を特定できる形で受け取ることはありません。グーグルは、グーグルのプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=ja ）に沿って扱います。グーグルが提携アプリの情報をどう使うかは https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites?hl=ja をご覧ください。
お客様が選べること
・ヨーロッパ経済領域、イギリス、スイス（そのほか法律で必要な地域）では、広告を読み込む前に、グーグルの同意の画面を表示します。お客様に合わせた広告に同意されない場合でも、グーグルが、お客様に合わせない広告（または制限した広告）を表示することがあります。その場合、上の情報は、広告の表示・回数の計測・不正の防止などにだけ使われます。
・同意の画面が出る地域では、設定の画面の一番下にある「広告のプライバシー設定」から、いつでも選び直せます。
・広告IDは、スマホの設定（設定 ＞ プライバシー ＞ 広告）で、作り直したり削除したりできます。
お知らせ（通知）
寝る前のお知らせを入れると、毎日、寝る時刻の30分前に1回、スマホの中でお知らせを出します。当社のサーバーから送るものではありません。夜0時から6時の間には、お知らせを出しません。
町の画像を見せる
「町を見せる」を押すと、町の画像を作り、スマホの共有の画面を開きます。お客様が送り先を選ばない限り、どこにも送られません。
「いっしょの町」のお知らせ（希望した方だけ）
本アプリには、準備中の機能「いっしょの町」の案内が出ます。「始まったら知らせてほしい」を押すと、アプリの外で、ブラウザにグーグルフォームが開きます。このフォームに入力して送った方だけが、メールアドレスとフォームの質問への答えを当社に送ります。本アプリ自身が、メールアドレスや答えを送ることはありません。夜の記録や町の内容は、これまでどおりスマホの中にとどまり、フォームには付きません。
メールアドレスは「いっしょの町」が始まったときのお知らせにだけ使い、質問への答えは、この機能を作るかどうかを決めるためにだけ使います。ほかの目的には使わず、ほかの人や会社に渡したり売ったりしません。フォームはグーグルが提供するもので、答えは当社のグーグルのアカウントに保存されます。グーグルでの扱いはグーグルのプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=ja ）によります。メールアドレスを消してほしいときは、support@runwith-ai.com までご連絡ください。
メールでご連絡いただいた場合
本アプリの設定の画面にある「感想を送る」を押すと、お使いのメールのアプリが開きます。メールを送っていただいた場合、当社はそのメールアドレスと本文を受け取ります。返信とアプリの改善のためにだけ使い、ほかの人や会社には渡しません。
情報の提供
当社が個人情報を売ることはありません。「広告」に書いた情報は、スマホから、広告を配信するグーグルへ直接送られます。そのほかの情報をほかの会社へ渡すことはありません。
お子さまの情報
本アプリは13歳未満のお子さま向けではありません。お子さまの個人情報を、知りながら集めることはありません。アプリの広告は、グーグルの区分で「PG」までの内容に限っています。
この説明の変更
情報の扱いを変えるときは、変える前にこの説明を更新し、新しい施行日を記載します。
