South Mebane Elementary is a proud Leader in Me school! This year, our school theme is Leaders Under Construction. Throught out the school year, we will learn about the 7 Habits to build lifelong leadership skills. At South Mebane, our goal is to fill our days with love, laughter, learning and leading.
The Leader in Me is Franklin Covey’s whole school transformation process. It teaches 21st century leadership and life skills to students and creates a culture of student empowerment based on the idea that every child can be a leader. Students will learn The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People through work in their Leader in Me handbooks, videos, and activities.
