1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using HuntTrail ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. The Service
HuntTrail is a hunting field toolkit designed to assist hunters and outdoor users in the field. The App may include features such as:
- A Hunt Map for marking GPS waypoints such as “Shot,” “First Blood,” and “Last Blood” during tracking and recovery
- A real-time camera filtering tool (“Track Lens”) intended to provide visual contrast assistance for tracks, field signs, and color differences in the environment
- Weather and wind information to support field planning
- A scouting reference library containing recorded animal calls for playback and reference purposes
The App is intended for adult users operating within their local laws and hunting regulations.
HuntTrail is provided as a reference and convenience tool only. It is not intended to replace proper outdoor preparation, navigation equipment, safety procedures, or emergency services.
3. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to:

- Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions
- Any applicable App Store rules and policies
You may not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the App’s source code
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App
- Use the App for unlawful activities, including hunting outside legal seasons, methods, or jurisdictions
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
4.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
HuntTrail may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, including weekly or yearly plans.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the active subscription period.
Subscription pricing, duration, and any available trial terms are displayed at the time of purchase and may change in the future where permitted by law.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
4.2 Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period is forfeited once a subscription is purchased, where applicable.
To avoid charges, you must cancel the trial before the trial period ends through your Apple ID account settings.
4.3 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store refund policies.
We do not process or issue refunds directly.
5. Field Use Disclaimer
Important Notice: HuntTrail is provided for informational and reference purposes only.
GPS accuracy may vary depending on terrain, weather conditions, satellite visibility, and device hardware.
Do not rely on the App as your sole source of navigation, safety, or emergency assistance.
Always carry appropriate outdoor and emergency equipment, including a physical map, compass, and communication device.
The Track Lens camera filter is intended only as a visual aid. It does not guarantee detection accuracy and should not be relied on as the sole method for locating or identifying field signs.
Weather and wind information may be delayed, approximate, or unavailable depending on network conditions and third-party data availability.
Animal call recordings are provided as scouting references only. The use of electronic calls may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions.
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable hunting laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and wildlife rules in your area.
6. Your Responsibilities
By using HuntTrail, you agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect private property, protected land, seasonal restrictions, and hunting limits
- Exercise proper judgment and outdoor safety practices
- Avoid using the App in a manner that could endanger yourself or others
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, content, audio recordings, graphics, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by the Developer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, ERROR, DATA LOSS, OR INACCURACY.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION:
- PERSONAL INJURY
- PROPERTY DAMAGE
- LOST DATA OR WAYPOINTS
- LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
- INCORRECT LOCATION, WEATHER, CAMERA FILTER, OR FIELD REFERENCE INFORMATION
WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
10. Changes to the App and Terms
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update the App or any part of its functionality at any time without notice.
We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the App in a harmful or unlawful manner.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
