FAMILIES!  Be sure to join us on Friday at 11 a.m. at camp as TOC once again presents our Cub Scout Family Picnic.   All campers will receive a hot dog and chips from Nomad's Road Dogs and a Shaved Ice Snow Cone from Southerland's Sno Depot courtesy of TOC!   Adults can purchase hot dogs and sno cones, too!    Then the campers will present their closing campfire program for their families and then we will all be dismissed!   We usually end early on Friday and everyone leaves with their family after the campfire program, usually around 1:30 - 2:00 p.m.

Come pick up your Scout’s camp T-shirt, water bottle, and car tag.
If your Scout meets their Den Leader ahead of time, Monday morning will go more smoothly!

MANDATORY Health Forms – No Exceptions

All Scouts and volunteers must turn in the following before camp begins:

• BSA Health Form – Parts A & B
  
  

• Copy of front & back of your health insurance card
  
  

No health form = No camp entry.
Forms are due no later than Saturday, May 30 at Meet the Den Leader. We highly suggest that you drop them off early for checking to:

Suggestion: Have one person from your Pack collect and deliver forms together.

These forms must be reviewed before camp to ensure we are aware of any allergies, medications, or health needs.

What to Wear & Bring Each Day

Camp T-shirt (provided)
Closed-toe shoes – absolutely NO sandals, Crocs, or flip-flops
Sunscreen applied before arrival
Shorts that dry quickly
Hat (optional)
Water bottle (labeled)
Backpack or tote bag (no paper bags!)
Towel and swimsuit on water days
Extra socks (very helpful)
Sack lunch in a sturdy plastic or reusable container –
No paper lunch bags! These fall apart in the coolers.

Do NOT bring:

• Pocket knives
  
  

• Electronics
  
  

• Perishable food or glass containers
  
  

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Info

Camp runs from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily
Drop-off: At the top of the hill
Pick-up: At the bottom loop — follow posted signs – begins at 2:45 p.m.

Display your car tag on the passenger-side dashboard or front window to speed up pickup.

No vehicles may park at the bottom of the hill—this area is for emergency vehicles only.

If your Scout arrives late or leaves early:
Park at the top
Bring your ID
Check in with the Registrar at the Pavilion
