NO LIABILITY/INDEMNIFICATION/HOLD HARMLESS: The owners of the property do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property.
The weekly rental duration is 7 nights, starting and ending on Saturdays. Exceptions can be made.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:AM
The maximum overnight capacity of the cottage is at most six persons
The Renter is not permitted to sublet the Cottage
No smoking or pets (select exceptions will be considered)
The Renter is responsible for damage to the Cottage (inside and outside), including recreational equipment.
A full copy of the rental agreement is available upon request.
