Just had my Maine Coon X bathed and dematted at Hunter Pet Spa. Miss Malawi had the best experience and came away smelling clean and feeling oh so soft. She is loving her new accessory too! Very professional, friendly and caring towards the pets. Will definitely be back and can highly recommend.

Took my 2 yr old antisocial ragdoll, who hates being brushed to get dematted today and they were great with her, she came out looking fabulous. Last year cause there was none in Newcastle that catered for cats grooming, she had two trips to the vet, be sedated and came out with an awful lion cut, and a very high bill :( . So glad I found these guys, my other two cats will be next on their client list. Great job!

This was our first visit to Hunter Pet Spa with our three small dogs, all of whom were very matted and knotty. The friendly team did an absolutely amazing job and truly exceeded our expectations, especially considering the state of their coats. They were so lovely and thorough throughout the entire process, taking extra care with each of our dogs. We really appreciated the multiple updates they sent during the groom, asking our preferences for coat length and style, which was very reassuring as new customers. Their attention to detail showed in the results—their faces were styled the best we’ve ever seen them! We have already rebooked Mimi, Lola, and Ally and are looking forward to their next visit and becoming regular customers.
