•A printed copy or screenshot of your completed Cabin User Form and your ID to present at the security booth upon entering camp.

•Linens: sheets, heavy blankets or sleeping bags  if desired, and pillows (light bedspreads are  provided.) (3 queens, 1 full, 1 twin)

•Bath linens: washcloths, hand towels, bath towels, bath mat, beach towels

•Toilet paper (2 rolls are provided.)

•Kitchen linens: dishcloths, dish towels

•Paper goods: dinner napkins, paper towels (Paper plates and bowls are provided.)

*There is no access to a washer and dryer. Please think through what linens and pillows to bring to make your family feel at home and comfortable!

Please help us be good neighbors during your stay.

• Respect our neighbors’ property and remain within our property boundaries.

• Parking is limited to our driveway only. Please do not park on neighboring properties or along their driveways. Additional/overflow parking is available at camp.

• Observe Hume’s quiet hours from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

• Please review the Rules & Regulations for additional community guidelines and detailed expectations.

Your housekeeping fee includes a housekeeper to vacuum, dust, clean sinks, tub, commode, and countertops in kitchen and baths when you leave. We ask that you return the cabin and deck contents, furniture, lamps, bedding, and kitchen items clean and where you found them.

At Checkout:

• Empty food items from fridge and cabinets.

• Wash and put away all dishes.

• Take out all trashes.

• Make up beds with blankets and pillows.

• Return furniture to original places.

• Make sure you’re logged out of TV accounts: Netflix, Hulu, etc.

• Check for chargers.

A Quick Note About Our Septic System:

Our cabin is on a septic system, so please help us keep everything running smoothly!

•  Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet.

• Please do not flush wipes (even “flushable” wipes), feminine products, paper towels, tissues, diapers, or other items.

Exterior Description:

•The cabin is two stories, with the main living area , one bedroom, and a bathroom downstairs. The upstairs has one large loft, two small rooms, and a half-bath.

Living Area:

•Family and dining rooms include comfortable couches, an ottoman, and recliners.

•Comfortable seating for seven or more.

•Dining room table seats six.

•Charming propane-burning Franklin fireplace.

•Thermostat-controlled wall heater for taking the chill off the main living areas.

•Smart TV with DVD player.

•DVD library.

•Internet.

Kitchen:

•Fully stocked cabinets;  paper plates, bowls, and cups in various sizes.

•Cabinet to store your supplies.

•Microwave.

•Electric oven/range.

•Refrigerator/freezer.

•Drip coffee maker, toaster, crock-pot, blender, and hand mixer.

•Pots, pans, bakeware, bowls, and utensils.

•Miscellaneous seasonings and spices.

Lower-Level Bedroom and Bathroom:

•One bedroom with queen bed and small dresser.

•Hanging space in closet.

•Main bathroom with tub/shower, sink, storage, and toilet. 

Upper-Level Bedrooms and Bathroom:

•One large loft with two queen beds; large Smart TV.

•One small room with twin bed and nightstand.

•One small room with full bed and nightstand.

•One half-bath with sink and toilet.

•All bedrooms include light bedspreads.
