Humayan Kabir Rana is currently working as a Sr. Lecturer at the department of Computer Science and Engineering, Green University of Bangladesh. Humayan does research in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, Gene Expression Analysis, DNA Sequence Analysis and Image Processing. The primary focus of his research is to analyze Dysregulated Genes, Disease Association Network, Gene Enrichment, Protein-Protein Interaction and co-morbidity of complex disease.
