After all details in any Human Rights Violation or Abuse Reports as well as Human Rights Situational Reports are properly verified by the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) or its designated partners, referrals for appropriate actions by other CHR services or other state duty bearers are done. Human Rights Victims Support

The Commission, in partnership with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), parishes, communities and other partners institutions, including state duty bearers provides an array of services for victims of human rights violations and abuses. Beyond the usual investigation and legal services, the Commission has a witness protection program that secures high-risk survivors, complainants and witnesses. Reparation is also provided to assist in the immediate normalization of the victims and/or their families. Through various partnerships, a proposed a nationwide, community-based HUMAN RIGHTS VICTIMS SUPPORT HUB is being developed providing wellness, psycho social, legal and even economic support for Human Rights victims.
