By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Humanize AI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
Humanize AI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered writing tools, including text rewriting, paraphrasing, summarization, humanization, AI detection, and related text transformation features. The App is designed to help users improve clarity, tone, and readability of written content.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App
Humanize AI does not require you to create an account to use the App
Subscriptions and purchases are associated with your Apple ID
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your use of the App
Humanize AI offers the following subscription options:
Weekly Plan: $3.99 per week
Monthly Plan: $9.99 per month
Yearly Plan: $39.99 per year
No free trials are offered. First-time users receive a limited number of free usage credits.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription
Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies
We do not issue refunds directly
Cancelling a subscription does not refund the current billing period but prevents future charges
Humanize AI provides a limited number of free usage credits to first-time users
Free credits allow limited access to certain tools
Once free credits are exhausted, a subscription is required to continue using premium features
The "Make Your Own Prompt" feature is available only to subscribed users
We reserve the right to modify free usage limits at any time
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
Upload or process content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
Infringe intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the App
Circumvent subscription or usage limits
Interfere with the security, stability, or performance of the App
Introduce malicious code, scripts, or software
The App, including its design, features, text, and functionality, is owned by Humanize AI and protected by intellectual property laws
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
All trademarks and service marks remain the property of their respective owners
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF OUTPUT
We do not guarantee that:
Generated text will be error-free or suitable for all purposes
The App will always be available, uninterrupted, or secure
AI-generated output will meet your specific requirements
Humanize AI generates content using automated systems. You acknowledge that:
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying output before use
The App does not provide legal, professional, or expert advice
You should not rely on generated content for critical decisions without independent verification
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
Errors or omissions in AI-generated content
Damages arising from reliance on App output
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Humanize AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your misuse of AI-generated content
Your violation of third-party rights
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, if you:
Violate these Terms
Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
Attempt to bypass usage limits or subscriptions
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:
Good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved
Courts of competent jurisdiction in India
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Humanize AI regarding use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.
