Functionality:
The weather widget is linked to the user’s location.
Location access is prompted on initial setup; users may allow or deny location sharing.
Displays current weather conditions in real time.
Component: Central slider on the home page.
Functionality:
Swipe to cycle through featured content, including different articles and company related announcements
Each slide is clickable and redirects to detailed content.
Location: Displayed below the slider on the home page and within article detail pages.
Functionality:
Topic buttons represent key themes (e.g., Climate Action, Human Rights, Education, Equality).
Selecting a topic button opens a dedicated discussion thread related to that theme.
Threads allow users to:
Post comments and share resources.
Participate in ongoing conversations.
Upvote or support contributions.
Access: Located in the upper-right corner of the interface, represented by three horizontal lines (☰).
Functionality:
Expands into a side navigation panel when selected.

Logout (fixed at the bottom of the menu)
Behavior:
Closes automatically when the user selects an option or clicks outside the menu area.
Icon: Magnifying glass located in the top left near the create a post screen.
Functionality:
Opens the Article Library when selected.
Provides access to curated articles on topics such as climate, eco-friendly lifestyle, mental health and activist tips.
Features:
Category filters (e.g., Climate, Editorials, Lifestyle).
Save for later option.
Recommended articles based on user interests.
Location: Accessible via the Hamburger Menu and the Home Page Slider (when featured).
Available Topics:
Geography: Landforms, world capitals, ecosystems, and global awareness.
Science: Environmental science, biology, physics basics, and innovations.
History: Social justice movements, human rights history, and world events.
Language: Global languages, communication, and cultural expressions.
Sports: Sports history, statistics, and global sporting events.
Activism: Civil rights, protest history, notable leaders, and modern movements.
Functionality:
Users select a topic, difficulty and style by clicking a corresponding quiz button.
Upon selection, a new quiz session is generated.
