Due to the current sanitary and epidemiological situation, we would like to inform you that participation in the Conference will be possible both in the stationary and online form. 

We will make every effort to ensure that all participants, members of the Scientific Committee and Honorary Guests have the opportunity for a fruitful discussion, as well as for integration.

  The last eighth edition of the traditional international scientists conference “Human - Nutrition - Environment” brought the development of the sections and the focus on the area of agriculture and food science. Nowadays, agriculture and food technology is one of the main innovative source for human health safety, human nutrition and environmental safety, which influences the increasing attendance of conference. 

 








 

The aim of the conference is to present actual results in the field of agriculture sciences, food technology, environmental impact of various factors on the health and functioning of the human body and biotechnology. The main objective of the project is to integrate young scientists from Poland and  foreign countries and exchange their scientific experience. 

 A two-day free of charge conference with lectures and poster sessions will be held in University of Rzeszow from 8 to 9 November 2023. 

This event will gather in one place the best scientists from the agriculture, food technology, environmental impact of various factors on the health and functioning of the human body and biotechnology from all over Europe.

Localization

 

Rzeszów - a city with poviat rights in south-eastern Poland, the capital of the Podkarpackie Province, the capital of the Roman Catholic diocese of Rzeszów. Rzeszów is the central city of the Rzeszów agglomeration.
There are 197 863 inhabitants in Rzeszów (data from the Central Statistical Office on 01/01/2021 after the Pogwizdów Nowy estate was incorporated from 1 January 2021 against 196,638 inhabitants on 31/12/2020). The year-on-year upward trend in the number of people is confirmed by both the Central Statistical Office data and the data of the Rzeszów City Hall.
There are two large state universities in the city (University of Rzeszów (12 faculties) and Rzeszów University of Technology, several non-public, including the University of Engineering and Economics, WSPiA Rzeszów University, University of Information Technology and Management and the University Seminary Clergy.
Rzeszów has an international airport and the Podkarpackie Science and Technology Park focused on the industry of new technologies. The Rzeszów-Dworzysko Special Economic Zone operates in the city.
There are three honorary consulates in the city: Germany, Slovakia and Ukraine. Rzeszów is a member of the Union of Polish Metropolises and the Eurocities Association (associating European cities).
