Real Estate Legal Services is a "full service" dispute resolution service designed to resolve real estate contract disputes before they become lawsuits. We provide Buyers and Seller with a dispute resolution forum designed to comply with their contractual obligations to mediate and arbitrate disputes.

Services Available to Buyers and Sellers:

Attorney Services:

• Access to a California licensed Real Estate Attorney.

• Up to 4 hours of time with a California Licensed Real Estate attorney for disputes relating to the property listed on the Buyer's and/or Seller's Certificate.

• A dispute is defined as an informal or formal threat of litigation arising from the purchase, sale or condition of the property listed on the Buyer's and/or Seller's Certificate.

• Attorney time required after the initial 4 hours will be at the customary fee determined by a panel attorney.

Dispute Resolution Service:

• Litigation services also available

• Communication of dispute to proper parties.

• Responding to demands for contract mediation.

• Up to 8 hours of panel attorney time to participate in mediation.

The plan fee is $225 per side of a transaction, which is paid directly out of escrow. Each Plan includes Buyer's and/or Seller's Certificates describing Legal & Dispute Resolution Services provided.

Coverage is limited to contract disputes between Buyers, Sellers and Third Parties involved with the transaction for the purchase and/or sale of California real property on the Certificate issued by Real Estate Legal Services.

Disclosure: Real Estate Legal Services, Inc. provides Risk Management Services to Buyers, Sellers, Real Estate Agents and Real Estate Brokers. Your Real Estate Agent and Broker have agreed to participate in the Real Estate Legal Services Risk Management Program designed to reduce real estate litigation. A portion of the fee paid for the benefits provided by Real Estate Legal Services may be credited to the participating Real Estate Broker in compensation and reimbursement for their efforts to support this Service.
