About

The Hull Ladies Choir was formed in 1936 and has a long tradition in entering Music Festivals. In recent years the Choir has been pleased to extend its range to include performing at concerts, functions, weddings and more.

We are also committed to raising money for various charities and charitable projects, voting on our main charity each year. Throughout its history the Choir has undergone many changes but has remained faithful to its aim to promote and engage in singing as a pleasurable activity for Choir Members and audiences alike.

We aim for high standards of performance and have great enjoyment attaining this goal.

We hold fun socials and activities through the year, meeting 7pm on a Monday to rehearse in a room at Trinity Methodist Church, Newland Avenue.

The Choir currently has over 60 members who come from around Hull and the surrounding East Riding area.

The Hull Ladies Choir is a member of the "National Association of Choirs"
