2.1 Subscription & Account Data: To facilitate premium feature tiers and app subscriptions, the app utilizes Google Play Billing and trusted third-party authentication services (such as Google Sign-In). We process minimum required transaction tokens and account emails to verify purchase status and synchronize your user settings across devices.
2.2 Server Database Syncing: When the app syncs with our remote data servers to download the latest exam updates, the system exchanges basic network handshake metrics (such as IP address and application version details). No personal user profile identifiers are sent or stored during data pulls.
2.3 Advertising & Device Data: The app displays contextual or personalized advertisements through third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob). These networks automatically collect limited technical metrics, including screen resolution, network type, operating system version, and mobile advertising identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID) to serve, track, and measure ad performance.
2.4 User Analytics: We do not deploy deep background tracking or location monitoring software development kits (SDKs). All rank queries and filters are handled strictly inside your local device cache.
The following items are managed directly inside your secure local on-device environment and are never transmitted to any external server unless explicitly stated:
Local Cutoff Database: Historical cutoff rank lists are managed via local database structures (such as the Room SQLite framework).
Session Parameters: Your chosen search keywords, category filters, and layout configuration preferences are saved inside local app storage (such as SharedPreferences) to remember choices between sessions.
We do not sell, lease, or rent personal information to external corporate entities. Data transmissions occur exclusively with the following trusted third-party cloud architectures required to support vital app functionalities:

5. Data Security & Retention We utilize industry-standard cloud layers to manage automated server sync operations and secure authorization parameters. Any temporary data processed by our systems is automatically and permanently deleted within 90 days. Users can also erase local configurations at any time by clearing the application storage footprint in their device settings panel.

This application features public educational allotment data and is designed for prospective college applicants. The app does not intentionally collect personal tracking configurations from children under the age of 13.
All closing rank criteria and statistical allocations displayed within this tool are sourced from public publications distributed by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) official portal. Since all core search trends are handled on your device, you remain in complete control of your environment.
