Open Source Releases:
qMAP: qMAP (quantitative mapping for differential fragmentation) is a computational framework to systematically detect and quantify condition-specific changes in parental RNA fragmentation from small non-coding RNA-seq data. The tool further isolates and identifies the specific small RNA species driving these changes. The R package is available at ....
FUSION: FUSION detects family-level abundance changes of parental RNA families by capturing the contributions of individual small non-coding RNA species. The R package is available at https://github.com/cozyrna/FUSION
TEnGExA: TEnGExA is quick, easy to use, and an efficient tool for Tissue Enrichment and Gene Expression Analysis. The R package is available at https://github.com/ubagithub/TEnGExA/
Data Resources:
TCDB: The largest tissue and stress-specific tea circRNAs database to date (https://indianteagenome.in/tcdb/index.php).
TIGeR: Tea India Genome e-Resource (https://indianteagenome.in/) comprises omics data of Indian tea, TV 1, Indian tea germplasm, and other generated resources, including miRNAs, lncRNAs, SSRs, TFs, InDels, MITEs, ILPs, etc.
ClustergeneDB: A database for easy retrieval of high-quality unigenes from Clusterbean (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba L. Taub). Microsatellites present in the unigenes and their expression profiles were also added to the relational database. The database can be accessed at http://14.139.229.201/clustergenedb.
