I was promoted to Deputy Director of Medical Signal and Image Processing Program in Jan 2018 to lead our machine learning development for bringing quantification and automation to cardiac imaging.
My interests include MR imaging, high performance computing, cloud computing, large-scale software development and machine learning methods for cardiac imaging.
I like programming and made contributions to several open source projects, such as Gadgetron.
I built software applications for better imaging and deploy them to hospitals . Our solutions had been used in more than 40 hospitals around the world.
Check my application gallery and Gadgetron deployment map!
Before join NIH, I worked as a research scientist at Siemens Corporate Research, Princeton, New Jersey for 5 years. My old days are recorded here.
