Hui Cao received his Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering at City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, in 2017. He is now an associate professor at School of Information and Engineering, Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, China. His research interests includes array signal processing, statistic signal processing, compressive sensing, TDOA estimation, multidimensional parameter estimation, optical fiber sensing signal processing and so on. Dr. Cao has published more than 30 papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences, including IEEE Trans. Aerosp. Electron. Syst., IEEE Signal Process. Lett., IEEE Internet Things J., IEEE Syst. J., IEEE Commun. Lett., Signal Process., Digital Signal Process., etc. He served as the Guest Editor of IEEE Open Journal of Antennas and Propagation, the Track Chair of the 16th International Conference on Signal Processing Systems (2024), the Workshop Chair of 2nd International Conference on Frontiers of Electronics, Information and Computation Technologies (ICFEICT 2022), and the Chair of Technical Symposium of the 17th International Conference on Signal Processing Systems (ICSPS 2025). He received the Best Paper Award from IEEE ICSIDP in 2019.
