Dr. Hui-Hsun Chiang is a Professor at the College of Nursing, National Defense Medical University, with a BS, MS, and PhD in Nursing. Her research focuses on health promotion, traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, telehealth, and emergency and disaster nursing. She develops programs to improve health literacy and promote healthy behaviors, emphasizing culturally relevant strategies. Dr. Chiang's work also explores telehealth for TBI recovery, advanced interventions in emergency nursing, and the impact of social and environmental factors on disaster preparedness. She is committed to advancing nursing practice through research and education.
