Program director and business operations manager for hugs with love outreach program is Pastor Ayama Nicole Martin, representing Tree of De'borah ministries. Pastor Ayama Nicole started this outreach program from a very personal place. she understands the grief associated with the death of  children, she too, has  experienced this twice in her lifetime, therefor she has the highest degree of empathy and understanding for grieving parents; and the critical mental and financial circumstances that effect their lives;  in addition to being an ordained minister, Pastor Ayama Nicole has had a lengthy career in mental health and holistic medicine. her passion for humanity and its wellbeing is what makes this program so impactful and necessary to grieving parents, and the world as a whole. Pastor Agama's mission for hugs with love outreach program is to bring awareness and resources to the mental health crises that's  plaguing grieving parents. she has dedicated her life to motherhood, activism and humanitarian efforts, as well as spreading Gods word, his love and empathy to all those in need.
